This song is about our friend, Natalia, who passed away a few years ago. This song has been released previously by Cats on Mars, but I decided to re-release to celebrate her birthday today, and to feel her, remember about memories with her, and to appreciate her.

この曲は数年前に亡くなった友達ナタリアさんへの想いを綴った手紙です。
実はこの曲は一度Cats on Marsからもリリースされているのですが、彼女の誕生日である今日、彼女を祝福するとともに、彼女を思い、感じ、また彼女への感謝をこめて、わたしの方からも再リリースさせてもらうことを決めました。

以下は私がどうナタリアさんに関わらせていただいたのかについて綴っています。

限られた時間だと知っていたので、私たちは彼女の体力が許す限りいっときも無駄にすることなく濃い時間を過ごしました。歌詞にも書かれていますが、約束をするということが躊躇される中での彼女の唯一の約束が「いつか一緒に日本に桜を見に行こう」でした。この曲では短い間ながらも濃い貴重な時を共に過ごした彼女との思い出、そしてそれ故のせつなさ、またやりきれなさを歌っています。音での表現という点では、彼女を天国へと送り届ける天使達、また天国にいる彼女のできるだけそばにいたい、という願いから当時の私の最高音D６で手を差し伸べています。
